Design Thinking
Implementing the principles of Design Thinking is the key to enhance customer experience. The entire team have undergone extensive training in Design thinking. The team was able to envisage the customer requirements and minimize the need to have iterations in the development cycle. The following provides an insight into the outcome of implementing Design Thinking early in the development cycle.
Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI)
Customer Engagement Initiative (CEI) provides a unique opportunity for the Customers of ILM to identify their topics of interest. Their feedback is incorporated into the product. Currently, we are working in "Data Management in SAP S/4HANA". Customers have partnered with us in identifying how the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in the S/4HANA world can be reduced. The initiative focuses on relatively new concepts like data aging which are important in S/4HANA.
Rollout and Adoption Support
New innovations developed by the team are rolled out to customers regularly. These are done either through participation in events like SAP TechEd or SAP Product Innovation Summit. In addition to rolling out new features, we also help customers to adopt the new features.
Our self-help documentation helps customers to embrace the new features with minimal support. Recently, our team received accolades and very positive feedback, while supporting and enabling features like Legacy Extraction Workbench for customers who were decommissioning SAP and non-SAP systems.
