Our colleagues could find the Genderbread Person at our Coffee Corners, which explains the differences between Gender Identity, Expression, Biological *** and Orientation. Knowledge is the best road to a world without prejudice, so we encouraged the employees to take a look at the material and discuss it with their colleagues!

To close this celebration on a high note, the LGBTI Summit happened a few weeks ago at our Labs so that the LGBT community and allies could share ideas on diversity and inclusion in the workplace.122 people joined us to talk about the current challenges of the LGBT in workplace, the role of technology in the promotion of D&I and the importance of LGBT groups as an awareness and inclusion tool.
