Taking a Look at Lumira SP12

First there is a new welcome page:

You do not see as much on the Welcome page, giving it a less cluttered look.

Next is the new storyboard feature, allowing you to "tell a story":

What is also new about the storyboard is the input controls (see red arrow) allowing your end users to select the companies they want to see.

Additionally, Lumira now supports the BI4.1 Universes; SP11 did not.  In the upper left figure above you see I am using an OData BI4.1 universe.

You can also add a background color and image - below I am only adding a background color:

Also if you hover over a bar it will display the measure and dimension (new HTML5):
