In 1.20, infographic story page will not be just a static page anymore. It has the ability to refresh the infographic with updated data. 1.20 Lumira introduced a new page option "Refresh page on open" in infographic story layout to allow the story creator to design a infographic story whether it always retrieve the latest data or only shows  a snapshot of data during creation.

On the above, the refresh page on open option is highlighted and if you turn it to On, it will give the following warning message:

The warning message is to let end user know that the infographic will dynamically updated with the latest data and the customization which was previously made may change. Therefore, before using this feature, you would need to understand if the infographic page is trying to tell a particular message on a particular snapshot of data or the infographic can self express itself with the latest updated data.

For example, if the refresh page option is on, and if I add a global filter to the story to scope down month dimension (Only select March to June), then the infographic will ends up look like the following:

Then you will notice that all visualizations within the infographic are being updated with the latest data.

Hope this blog helps you to understand the new refresh infographic on open feature in SAP Lumira 1.20. This feature is available in Lumira Desktop, Server and Cloud.
