Siam City Cement’s INSEE SMART project went live on 1 Oct. 2015. They were able to cut their month-end closing by half with their new S/4 HANA platform. They also implemented a comprehensive Operation Control Center (OCC) with SAP Solution Manager. SAP OCC provides fully automated SAP infrastructure monitoring, alerts, as well as CIO dashboard. With success of Release 1 of INSEE SMART, SCCC has started Release 2 to further enhance their digital business platform.
