Have you ever seen a user interface and thought, “I could design something much better than that”? Well now is your opportunity to show the world your skills!
Introduction to SAP Fiori UX is a new openSAP course starting September 9 and we’re introducing a new element – the SAP Fiori UX Design challenge.
On top of the regular learning offerings, such as video units, self-tests, weekly assignments and discussion forum, in week 2 you will receive access to more resources (based on SAP best practices from the SAP Fiori UX Design rapid-deployment solution), which will also provide you with details about the challenge. You can then design and submit your own Fiori UX example any time up until October 20. Then, between October 20 and October 27, your peers and SAP experts will rate your submission and soon thereafter the top three submissions will be announced.
You can earn bonus points by taking part and the winners will each receive both a special certificate from openSAP and an iPad! They will also have the opportunity to receive written feedback from SAP Fiori UX Design experts!
It is important to note that the SAP Fiori UX Design challenge is completely optional and in no way required for full completion of the Introduction to SAP Fiori UX openSAP course. Also, the challenge is meant for everyone interested in SAP Fiori UX, not just designers. Even if you have no previous design experience, the resources provided will give you a quick overview and provide you with what you need to participate in the challenge.
If you’re not enrolled, don’t worry, it’s not too late. Enrollment remains open throughout the course and you can submit your design challenge entry until October 20. Remember that at openSAP the available components of the course, including enrollment, learning content, final exam, Record of Achievement, and the design challenge, are all free of charge.
