This template, which many companies have already adopted, serves as a standardized means of reporting compliance with conflict minerals legislation. Moreover the solution runs a validity check with the actual certified smelter lists provided by the conflict-free sourcing initiative® (CFSI®). Finally SAP Product Stewardship Network will assess conflict minerals related data and generate the required reports needed to comply with the SEC's final rule.
