The nature of "getting electricity" is very similar to the processes just described - so similar that I even thought about skipping it, but at least I want to list a few things:

Depending on responsibilities, private or public, the means already referred to in the criteria discussed before (performance management, scheduling, online availability, and so on) could be reused.

“Getting electricity” could be one more process in a unified platform for investors. Clients could gain a higher level of transparency into connection costs and processes via an information portal – as a technical enhancement of the one- stop portals already mentioned.

And last but not least, an industry solution for utilities from SAP would apply for state-owned companies. It is one of the most successful industry solutions in our portfolio.
