Israel Electric Corporation, the only utility company in Israel with 2.5 million+ customers, has a diverse set of operations – from construction to grid management to customer relations. In order to properly manage these operations, they realized they needed to improve their project management IT systems. Why? So by the end of their SAP rapid-deployment implementation, their total 100% was much better than it would have been with a traditional implementation.
