In case you missed it, openSAP recently concluded a course called Introduction to SAP Fiori UX in which participants learned the fundamentals of implementing, deploying, and configuring SAP Fiori apps based on best practices found in SAP's user experience (UX) rapid-deployment solutions. And this "open" course (i.e., free and accessible for and by anyone) is still available in a self-paced format for anyone interested.

We had over 20,000 participants enroll, and we received a lot of great feedback. One key piece of feedback, which came up over and over again, was a strong desire for a course focused more on the process of building and creating your own user experience based on the SAP Fiori design principles. And while this course served as more of an introduction to SAP Fiori UX from the deployment and configuration perspective, we also included an optional design challenge with a couple extra learning units on the build and design topic.

But this just scratched the surface. Based on popular demand, we've come to understand that this topic really does deserve its own openSAP course. So the plan is for this "Build Your Own SAP Fiori UX in the Cloud" course to take place early next year and to include plenty of hands-on exercises using SAP best practices and cloud-based tools for you to easily learn how to make Fiori your own through adapting it to whichever use cases you think deserve a more delightful user experience.

So why bring this up if it's still a few months away? Well, we're building it right now and want to give you a chance to participate in that process. We've put together a short survey, which also is a way for you to sign up to be the first to know when the course becom... Only the first yes/no question is required, followed by just five questions (all optional) for you to tell us a little bit about yourself and what you would like the focus to be for this upcoming course. We will review all responses and really take your feedback seriously, so don't be afraid to speak up! You could quite literally help shape this course.

Last but not least, if you're still not sure what this is all about, check out the below quick and informative (6 minutes) overview of openSAP and rapid-deployment solutions (RDS) recorded at SAP TechEd && d-code. Also, feel free to download our most popular Fiori RDS, the SAP Fiori Apps RDS. As always feedback and comments are welcome here, directly on this post below. Looking forward to sharing more on this course as it comes together!
