SAP Hybris Marketing helps organizations by providing consumers with personalized interactions and shopping online. Combined with the integration to SAP Hybris Commerce, you can also do the following:
- Provide product recommendations to customers based on their actions while shopping online.
- Create customer segment rules and design strategies to cater to different target groups.
