Next, begin your configuration, adapting the preconfigured processes to your specific needs and scenario. For example, if you want to create a new subsidiary in the system, the guided configuration tools will create the new entity in the system and will enable it across all applicable preconfigured business processes. Next step is to test out some business transactions with the newly created subsidiary. Whether you’re performing the configuration yourself or working with a partner or SAP Services, guided configuration makes it easy to get your business processes up and running tailored to your environment at the speed of SAP S/4HANA.
Content Lifecycle Management for Best Practices
Guided configuration takes you beyond the initial go-live. It’s content lifecycle management capabilities support you in seamlessly adopting updates of the software and the related pre-configuration as well as consuming new business processes and new business innovations that SAP adds to S/4HANA in the future.
This will continuously support you in adopting innovations at high speed and to significantly reduce the overall TCO.
