Use case for SAP StreamWork

SAP StreamWork?

My Colleague Arman is well defined the Project at his Blog "What is SAP StreamWork anyway? Simple and Short!"

Our Company always follows the new technologies like SAP StreamWork.

Ok, then how do we use it toincrease decision efficiency even for simple subjects.

Here are some examples:

Example 1: Decision for a Domain Name for Our Mobile Solutions

We needed to decide a domain for our mobile solutions. Because we've lots of BlackBerry, Handheld, iPhone, Windows Mobile and other Mobile based solutions running at customers sites.

Our Problem

Decide a domain name and publish all Moible solutions to extend accesibility

Solution

We created a new activity @Sap StreamWork and then add all International FIT Workers to decide the domain name.

We put several different alternatives and then eliminate the ones with lots of "Cons"

 

After adding our opinions about the final ones

We came to a decision. And then ask every participant to approve it. And also created an action item to one who'll register the domains:

 You see, how SAP StreamWork helped us to add everyone who are involved in a subject and make a decision.
