For our customers using the Enterprise edition of SAP StreamWork, we have established the SAP Service Marketplace (http://service.sap.com) as a professional and an extremely reliable support channel. This ensures our Enterprise Edition customers have an improved experience with Support, including the opportunity to easily track current and previous issues reported by them. The email address used at present for contacting support would be discontinued and replaced with state-of-the-art incident management system, which can be accessed via the Support Portal on SAP Service Marketplace.
Our Basic and Professional users of SAP StreamWork can continue to use other online help sources and of course, the forum for exchanging experiences and best practices.
The above changes will be effective as of July 16, 2012.
