We just finished the latest out of numerous VAR partner workshops on SAP Enterprise Support and SAP Solution Manager in APJ. Once again it has been very well perceived by the attending partners. This time the training took place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The room was fully booked and everyone was excited to learn about the latest SAP support innovations and the latest features of SAP Solution Manager 7.1.
Similar APJ partner workshops had already taken place in additional countries such as Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, and China. In the future we also plan to extend our reach to also offer events in other regions such as EMEA. These complimentary workshops are a great way for VARs to get their staff up-to-date on key elements of VAR-delivered Support. This is done in a very interactive way, e.g. we always use demos and exercises when possible.
During these workshops we leverage for instance the existing SAP Solution Manager Live Demo System in the Cloud. This is a free demo system enabling partners, customers, and prospects to directly try out several key SolMan scenarios. You can access the live demo here.
