SAP Accelerated Innovation Enablement (AIE) provides SAP Enterprise Support customers with information about the innovations delivered in the latest enhancement packages. Since its introduction in 2009, AIE has proven to be a popular and valuable service for customers who are looking for information about SAP Business Suite innovations.
To simplify the ordering process for AIE sessions and to make it more efficient and user friendly, all AIE services have been integrated into the SAP Enterprise Support Academy‘s learning studio. Effective February 3, 2014, the catalog of AIE sessions is available here and sessions can only be booked via the academy. The previous procedure of ordering AIE sessions via messages will be disabled.
The built-in learning management functions of the academy’s learning studio provide several benefits like:
- You can use the search function to search for individual AIE topics
- You get an overview of all your booked AIE sessions
- You can bookmark sessions as favorites for later reference
- You can share links to AIE sessions with colleagues and peers
With the addition of AIE sessions to the SAP Enterprise Support Academy’s learning studio, the academy continues on its route of evolution to become the one stop shop for all SAP Enterprise Support offerings.
