In 2015, the SAP Channel Build EMEA team together with colleagues from Maintenance Go-To-Market and Global Service & Support will continue to educate Value Added Resellers (VARs) on the value of the Partner Center of Expertise (PCoE) program. Numerous onsite sessions are planned to help VARs better understand how they can leverage the PCoE certification and the underlying VAR-delivered support model as a driver for better quality to end customers on the one hand and to generate additional revenue for themselves on the other hand.
During the events it will be highlighted where and how partners can make money with the help of SAP Enterprise Support by using respective value cases. The enablement sessions are focused towards partners being or considering to become VAR-delivered support partners.
