Within this post, we will detail how to quickly access all support channels and how to use the CALL-1-SAP phone number for non-technical issues.

Accessing SAP Support Channels

It’s always a good idea to lead with improvements, so let’s start there! With the recent addition of the ‘Contact Us’ icon on the right side of all SAP Support Portal pages, it’s easier than ever to contact SAP.

By clicking the ‘Contact Us’ icon pictured above, you’ll have an option to:

1.) submit a technical issue via an incident (product issue)
2.) call SAP Support regarding a non-technical issue (i.e. SAP Support Portal access)
3.) give feedback about the SAP Support Portal (broken hyperlink)

How to Use the CALL-1-SAP Phone Number

To use the CALL-1-SAP phone number, click the ‘Call SAP Support’ hyperlink within the ‘Non-Technical Assistance’ section pictured above.

Step 1: Ensure Suggested Region is Correct

The CALL-1-SAP number will automatically suggest a region based on your location. If the suggested region is incorrect, perhaps because of a VPN connection, you can manually enter your country in the ‘Search for a different country’ search box.

Step 2: View the Complete Phone Number for Your Region

Hovering over the blue ‘CALL-1-SAP’ text will display the complete phone number you should dial. As pictured below, you would dial 010800 2255 1727 if calling from Japan.

For context, the actual number you should dial will vary based on your region, so dialing ‘CALL-1-SAP’ without the region’s prefix will result in an error.

Step 3: Select the Correct Product Team

After successfully connecting to the CALL-1-SAP number, select the correct menu option to be directed to the right team.

We hope this review of the ‘Contact Us’ icon improvement and the CALL-1-SAP number helps ensure getting help from SAP Support is easier than ever!

Jordan
