As of WPB 9.2 Windows XP is not supported anymore, WPB requires Windows Vista or Windows 7 with Internet Explorer 7-9. |
| How easy is it to maintain and update the material when processes change and need updating? | For updating the content after a release change of the live system, you can rely on WPB’s rerecording functionality to get updated material with a push of a button. After the rerecording all of the conducted post-editings, e.g. cropping the images for the documentation, are still in place. This means all updated content versions can be created within a very short amount of time - especially when considering the true-single-source approach where all simulation based e-learning and documentation are fueld by one data source. |

Additionally you can edit existing formats and even create new ones by freely arranging the available documentation building blocks (like TOC, process flow, tables, ...) in order to adapt deliverables to your actual training requirements and further documentation needs. |

Will someone be improving these? | We at SAP are continously improving our products according to user feedback. That said: the issue you describe is based on the action that takes place. Technically speaking the usage of the scroll bars are a "drag and drop" operation - that´s why the texts says "object is dropped". But with WPB you are able to individually edit any of the standard text according to your specific needs. |

| The only option we have discovered for automatically exporting text to audio from WPB is to use the Windows default voice. We found a better voice online, how can we use the "text to audio" command with this new voice we purchased from Natural Reader 11? | WPB is using the Windows integrated Text-to-speech engine. In order to use your language, you have to install the engine per Windows installer first, followed by the required voices with the needed language, gender, etc. – it’s pretty straightforward. After that, you can simply set them in the Windows Speech Properties - that´s it. Next time you generate a Text-to-speech project, the new voice will be used. |
