Here at SAP Education we have launched a new social learning experience via SAP Jam to collaborate and discuss with key enablers in our SAP ecosystem on the topic of learning for the HR line of business.

We have developed a 6 week program focused on a number of different aspects of learning that you can interact with other HR executives, thought leaders at SAP, plus members of our SAP ecosystem. We will deliver many different kinds of talk tracks in the form of brief videos, blogs, poll questions and more to our attendees to help you understand how you can impact learning in your organization.

Join our HR Learning innovation series on how you can climb to the peak and drive tangible benefits to strengthen your alliance with your CIO. Register here!

Here's a brief summary of what you can expect from the program over the next month and a half:

Week 1: Multi-generational workforce and the relevance of the contingent worker

There is a wide variety of talent in your organization, with varying levels of expertise and expectations when it comes to training. To ensure that they are able to work at their best, a variety of enablement options need to be deployed. And don't forget about your consultants and free lancers who are part of your ecosystem and also require learning relevant to your business.

Week 2: Compliance

If you assess your peoples' skill and competence for the purposes of regulatory compliance, you need to ensure the tools you rely on are designed correctly and run consistent so you can stand up to the federal regulators.

Week 3: Updating Skills Faster

How do you transform and reshape your corporate training programs to deliver a continuous learning culture, embedded into your organization? Tools available today can get your teams upskilled 24x7x365 to ensure your people have what they need to deliver on your goals whenever they feel compelling to take the initiative.

Week 4: Supporting Self-Directed Learning

In a fast-paced business environment, employees don’t always have time to attend traditional classroom training or e-learning programs. Employees now crave options in their learning curriculum like videos, asset libraries, and other on-demand , just-in-time learning formats.

Week 5: Foster Social Learning and providing Learning Maps

If employees are using social technologies to meet their peers, learn new content in context, receive answers to relevant questions, technology can enhance the collaboration and connection of learner and expert. Join us in this learning room to experience it for yourself!

Week 6: Employee Engagement, and Combating Knowledge Drain

Investing in the skills and knowledge of your staff will create a willingness in your staff to invest time and effort in your business, driving employee engagement.
