Hi All,

Hope all are doing well.I am happy to write my first Blog about my Certification Experience. Hope this blog might helpful for those who want to enter into SAP.

I was worked in the MNC as a End user using SAP for sales Activities in Chennai. After My 3.7 years of Vast Experience, I planned to quit the Organization in 2013 since i felt im doing the Same kind of activities for for a long period. So i planned to change my Career with SAP.Since i want to utilise my functional Exp in SAP.So before leaving the Job i enquired one of the Leading SAP Partner Training institute in Chennai for SD Certification. But they said i cant take the Functional Module Training. since im a Technical Guy (MCA degree). So they said i can take up only technical module like ABAP. But i want to utilise my functional knowledge. SO i fought with them  like for SAP Certification 2-3 years of Domain Experience & a Profession Degree is enough have both. But the Institute is stick in their point &still they are refuse  me to join for SD Training. Then i asked Suggestion on SCN & i got suggestions to proceed further. Thanks to Ravi Sankar Venna  & others for the Valuable Suggestions.

.So i have planned to Check the same institute in Bangalore Branch.one fine week end I went to Bangalore and enquired for SD Certification. They are clearly explained the Certification Procedures and also Explained the eligibility procedures for SD Certification even though im a MCA Degree Holder. So i planned to Join in Bangalore Centre.

Then i came back to Chennai and Apply for a Personal Loan for SAP Certification. Then I quit the job at Feb 2013 and migrate to Bangalore for SAP SD Certification on March 2013.

I enrolled for On-line Training Mode for Certification Training. when i joined in the institute, i have seen few people studying for more than 10 hours and all. So first time im getting scared whether i can complete the Certification successfully..

Then i build self confidence on me and Started to studying for Certification. Days & months rolled on..After three months i planned to give the Certification Exam. After the Exam date is announced i started to wake  up everyday at early morning 4'o Clock and keep studying till 7 to 8.Then moving the Training Centre for Further Training .It keeps continuing till certification Exam day

Finally the Judgement Day came. and I was Allotted a Computer in the Exam Centre.and i read the questions carefully one by one and answering the Questions.Out of 3 hours, in my room most of them  completed the Exam and within 2 hours. I'm the only guy take complete entire 3 hours to complete the Exam. Finally i click the Submit Button, only Few things came on my mind like my Training Cost,Certification Exam Cost & My loan.

Finally my handwork gets rewarded completed the Certification with 94% . Now the worry about Job.Again Everyday started to prepare to attend the Interviews. It is not an easy to get an interview as as Certified Fresher. And i keep attending the interviews and Preparing for next 6 months. Finally after 6 months i got a job in a Major FMCG as a Contract Position. i started to work hard in the Contract role and even some days i worked  more than 12 hours too & Learnt lot of things. After 1.6 years of my hard work finally get rewarded and i was absorbed as a Permanent Employee.
