The report higlights the "tribe" demographic for the future traveller made up of Senior; a growing traveller demographic with the world aging population, Individuals or Groups re-connecting with family and friends, Cosmopolitian commuters; individuals with busy lifestyles looking to take advantage of cheap travel and their flexibile lifestyles and the Global executive with international interests consuming prenimium seats, air taxis and private jet transport.
I like the report especially talking of the need to focus on "Humanisation of technology"; technology that personalises the experience from booking to baggage delivery. The opportunity is there for travel poviders to utilize todays techanologies to " provide an engaging, human-centric interface with travellers"
Technology is available that can capture the travelers journey experience and then intuitively respond to travelers individual needs and will underpin how travel providers deliver "exceptional" customer experiences in the future.
