Take advantage of a wide variety of learning assets that can be leveraged in traditional classrooms as well as through online and distance learning. Topics range from Design Thinking to the Human Face of Big Data to SAP’s innovation platform which includes SAP HANA, our in-memory database platform for ‘Big Data’ analytics. Overview of the SAP University Alliances MOOC Package - LEARN

Recognizing the emerging trend in supplementing traditional classroom learning with Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), SAP launched openSAP in April 2013. The first course “Introduction to Software Development on SAP HANA” ran in May and had 42,000 students globally. The course will repeat from October 17 to December 5. openSAP will also offer “Introduction to Mobile Solution Development for the Enterprise” starting September 9. Lectures on “In-Memory Data Management In a Nutshell” are also available. More courses are planned. Link to the MOOC Package

Overview of the SAP University Alliances INNOVATION Package - APPLY

Students can apply their learning through contests and co-innovation opportunities available through SAP University Alliances on SAP Idea Place. Contests inspire innovation, quick thinking, competiveness, and focus. Students and professors can participate in SAP University Alliances contests to demonstrate their vision to the world, and enjoy the rewards that come from recognition by peers and colleagues. And SAP University Alliances members have the opportunity to leverage the SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud Platform for Universities for co-innovation. Link to the Innovation Package

Overview of the SAP Univesity Alliances EVENTS Package - APPLY

Students and professors at SAP University Alliances member schools have outstanding opportunities to participate in SAP events including Design Thinking Jams, Startups Forums, Demo Jams, Ideation Contests, and SAP customer events such as SAPPHIRE NOW and SAP TechEd. Students can apply their SAP learning and showcase their creativity in these fun and educational events, becoming better prepared to compete for careers in today’s SAP ecosystem. Overview of the SAP University Alliances STUDENT Package - SHARE

Students can share their knowledge and skills with peers and the SAP ecosystem through several channels. The SAP Student Council offers students Invitations to SAP events, free tickets, exclusive offers like books and software, participation in app development/design, and more. SAP Student Ambassadors introduce other students to SAP technologies, and receive a certificate and get exclusive offers.
