IT professionals with profound knowledge of SAP products and the ability to create individual enterprise solutions for customers are getting more and more rare; jobs are vacant and salaries for top experts have gone up dramatically. "SAP architects and sales experts are very hard to find," said Les Berridge, an executive with the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC).
