SAP Education department launched a series events named as SAP Education Openday, so as to promote the SAP curricula, certification program and official education partners to the public. The 2nd stop was host in Shaghai on 26rd August. It attracted over 150 attendees, in which around 30 were students from universiites locally.
The event kicked off by the keynote speech from Jason Zhang, Head of SAP Education, Great China. He talked about the overall strategy and trends from SAP prospective. And then, Gary Qin - Director of Talent Acquisition, Greater China represented SAP HR to share the topic of recruitment. Mainly covered market trends of SAP tanlet needs and how SAP helping to accelerate the talent cultivation internally and externally. After that, Jeff Pan and one experienced consultant from SAP partner shared their experience from inside SAP and outside respectively. During the teabreak section, all the attendees standed a chance to apply over 30 SAP relate postions onsite. Moreover, there were mini-contest and games for them to learn and win some prizes. It came into the learning best practice sharing and experience section after the teabreak, all the attendees can experience the class room training delivered by master trainer from SAP Edcuation authorized training partner in east China. The event ended by the Quiz game, many of the attendees showed great interests in SAP training and certification.
