During 22nd-25th September, SAP University Alliances launched a series university visit in Guangxi Province. The purpose of it is to promote SAP Lumira University Challenge 2.0, and meanwhile extend UA program to the universities in Guangxi Province. The visit started from Nanning city and ended in Guilin city, total 5 university in 4 days. These universities are Guangxi University for Nationalities, Guangxi University, Guangxi University Of Finance and Economics, Guilin University of Technology and Guilin University of Electronic Technology. In which, Guangxi University and Guangxi University Of Finance and Economics are the UA member schools already. For these two schools, we re-visit the professors who are familiar with UA and also had the luck to meet other professors, and organize meeting to discuss further collaborations. For the newly relation build-up schools, we introduced SAP profile, UA mission and program details to professors. Need to follow up after the visit and help these new schools successfully launch SAP program in campus.
All these 5 universities arranged lectures for students, in which covered SAP history, technology trends, career path suggestions, UA resources for students such as openSAP and SAP Lumira Contest. Students were quite attracted by these information they never have such a good chance to approach, they are very active in asking more details for reference during these lectures. So as for some professors, they also eagerly to know more about SAP and some opportunities to cooperate in the near future.
