SAP University Alliances is delighted to announce the App Rumble India 2015 competition open for registrations and submissions. We have several exciting prizes in store for the winners which include cash prizes, a chance to demo their application at SAP TechEd Bangalore 2015 and wait for it, an opportunity to intern or work full time at SAP.
App Rumble is an application development competition for university students in India. The applications have to be developed through the HANA Cloud Platform Student Center which is accessible for free for students across the world. Each participating team should have 2 members studying in the same institute. The teams have to create an application to solve a business problem in any of these 5 themes Sustainability, Social Media, Sports, e-commerce and Travel. The submission comprises of a description of the idea and a link to the video of the working prototype of the application.
The entries will be judged by an elite panel of judges comprising of HANA experts from SAP. Besides, a ""People's Choice" award will be given out to the application that receives the most number of votes through the voting mechanism on the App Rumble 2015 website.
Students can register on https://ideas.sap.com/UAAppRumbleIndia2015 till the 31st of January 2015. Registered teams can submit their entries till the 20th of February 2015.
