At this year’s SAP Annual Shareholder Meeting on Wednesday, May 20, SAP UA was again part of the exhibition area among two other show cases – digital farming and golf.
Key Topics at SAP Annual Shareholder Meeting 2015
The topics which were asked by shareholders and answered by the supervisory committee were mainly about Cloud Computing, Internet of Things and Diversity at SAP as well as the product S/4HANA. Furthermore they announced that Hartmut Mehrdorn leaves the supervisory committee because of health issues.
Key Topics at the UA Demo Pod:
A big world map and an interactive dashboard informed all visitors about the global reach of the UA program. The shareholders got an insight into the UA offering, including the range of curriculum opportunities with regards to teaching SAP software, co-innovation projects with students and the SAP ecosystem to ensure that the next generation is equipped with the right skillset for the digital transformation.
The UA team held approximately 100 talks with interested parties at the booth and answered questions around the different universities that are part of our program, which products are mostly used within the UA program at the member institutions, special offering for schools, job opportunities for students, hackathons and openSAP courses.
Overall the mainly senior but also student attendees in Mannheim appreciated the exhibition area with the interactive University Alliances world map and the other two showcases. Especially in the morning and during lunch time the area was really crowded.
