It was our yearly “summer Rendez-vous” with the Sonoma State University.

Like last year a group of 37 American students discovering Paris and its treasures.

Between the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame visits, they have their stopover at SAP.

The Tour SAP has opened his doors to the Sonoma State University the 29th of May. The meeting has been organized at our 19th floor Executive Business Center. The 360° view on Paris has made its effect as usual.

It is a nice initiative, combining business and pleasure. It is an opportunity for these MBA’s students to learn more about European and French
market. Because it is above all an educational trip, they will have to edit a report about our presentation and submit it to their return to their teacher.

For this occasion, SAP UA France team members, Didier Petitjean and Alexandra Darras, have exposed our 42-years history of innovation and our vision for the future. During 1 hour and half, students have asked us about our solutions evolution and our strategy. Only 4 of them knew SAP before coming and it was our challenge to provide a presentation clear and interactive to make them want to follow us after that.

Our showcase demos, as the Vending Machine or the German soccer, have been the final straw.

We are happy to say we have done it. Students have been very impressed by our technologies and agreed “SAP runs innovation”. Some of them pproached us to be volunteers to promote SAP inside their school and to provide access our training material.
