The global research groups of SAP and the University Competence Centers offer opportunities to SAP University Alliances members for collaboration. These groups connect to academics where they can share their thought leadership expertise with each other, which helps to identify and shape emerging business and IT trends.
University Alliances (UA) Research spotlights PhD student/research assistant, Christian Schulz from Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg (OvGU). Chrisitan focuses his research around "Cloud Operations Management."
The goal of the UA Research Spotlight series, along with the UA Spotlight Series, is to exchange insights with UA professors, students, researchers and others linked to Universities from around the world.

COIL allows SAP and its partners to engage in a well-defined process from concept incubation via mutual co-investment agreement to ultimately showcasing joint achievements which support customer requirements.
UA Member professors and students can now access, contribute to and collaborate with other project teams around the world through the UA Research Exchange (access required).
This feature within UA Research encourages research teams to communicate, collaborate and support each other. Include your ideas and resource needs within the Research Exchange and introduce them to others.
