The SAP HANA Live for Utilities Q4/2014 edition for SAP ERP provides new queries for process monitoring in Device Management:
- Query for Forecasting the Periodic Replacement of Devices
- Query for Periodic Replacement List for Devices
- Query for Technically Installed Device
Using SAP HANA Live, business users can now gain insight into the future periodic replacement of devices and optimize their resource planning for service technicians and device procurement.

The SAP HANA Live for Utilities Q4/2014 edition for SAP CRM provides a new query for Utilities Quotation.
Using this query, business users can keep track of how many quotations have still not been accepted or have not yet been released, so that appropriate action can be taken.
New measures (Number of contracts with product changes and Number of product changes) have been added to the query for Utilities Contract (available since Q3) .
