SAP Visual Business supports many map providers. If you want to change the map provider or install Visual Business first time you have to entering the license information and/or switch to your prefered map provider. This information is maintained in the backend system and send to the frontend when it is initialized.
In a production control center business data of the production process is available. You can see the different statuses of the various production lines; raw materials and semi-finished materials are displayed in this example. By using the zoom feature, you can adjust the level of granularity. By clicking on one of the symbols, the user can view even more information and interact with the data. An order can be re-planned by dragging and dropping it to another machine or production line. All information is provided in real time.
