Tasks of the Run and Monitor Phase
In this phase, the business process expert and the implementation team perform knowledge transfer and begin to monitor process performance, organizational performance, and business proficiency.
This phase includes the following tasks:
- Execute or deploy the business process
The business process expert ensures that all documents are ready for handover to the relevant operational (IT) teams, and then holds the required handover sessions (knowledge transfer). - Monitor the business process
Using SAP tools, the business process expert and operational teams monitor the business and organizational performance.
