this document is intended to notify you about the current status of the developer center, planned downtimes and any other issues of operational matter. We try to post upcoming events as soon as we know. If you want to be up to date on what is going on feel free to subscribe to the document

| Feb, 20, 2013 | Throughout the next 2 - 3 days the password reset URL to reset your password on the ERP system of the 30 day SUP trial might not be available due to network changes. | October 9,2012 | we are experiencing problems with the AWS sign up process for the SUP Developer Edition. We have reports where people get error 503 "Service Unavailable" when trying to register. We have identified the root cause of the issue and we are trying to fix it as soon as possible. | resolved |

| October 24, 2012 | SAP It has scheduled a downtime for thier datacenter which might affect accessiblility of the ERP backendsystems from Friday October 26th 5:00pm PST to Monday 29th 8:00am PST. | August 21, 2012 | For a reason currently unknown to us the BlackBerry 9800 simulator on the 30 Day Trial cloud hosted environments does not connect correctly to the SUP server any more. We suspect this is the case because of some automated Java Update. We are currently looking into this and hope to be able to provide a new Snapshot with a working BB simulator. | Resolved. |
| August 17 - 19, 2012 | From Friday August 17th 5:30pm PST to Sunday August 19th 11:30pm PST the ERP backend system will not be available due to maintenance issues on the Power Lines of the Datacenter hosting the system. Cloudshare Services will not be affected by it and you will be able to use your Cloudshare hosted SUP environment during that time. | Complete |
