Introduction
In my previous post we saw the usage of Help Center in Webdynpro ABAP. This document will put more focus on how to transport the Help Center contents to quality and production systems.

Procedure
Steps to transport Help Center content of Webdynpro ABAP to Quality and Production system.
Step 1 - Call transaction SHC_ADMIN (Available in NW 7.0, EhP2)

It will open web page as below,
Step 2 -
Select the category (Frequently Asked Questions, Worth Knowing and Learning content) and application type as Webdynpro Application, Webdynpro Application name and press Find
Note - Notes section of Help Center cannot be added to Transport as it is the section personlized content of each user and can be created, edited and deleted by user in each system.
Step 3 –
It will display the FAQs for all applicable Webdynpro applications or it will display the information for particular Webdynpro application that you will chose in step 2.
Here we will select FAQ category.
The details of selected contents are displayed in Details section.
Even you can edit, create and delete FAQs from this transaction and add it into Transports.
Step 4 –
Now select the question that you want to include in Transport request. Click on “Transport Selected”
Step 5 –
Here you can create new Transport or add it to your existing transport request.
Once the contents are added to Transport request, you can verify it in SE09
This is how the Help center contents can be added to transport request and can be moved to quality and production system.
