As data volumes grow, big data analysis has been a trending market topic and analytics continues to be a top priority for organizations around the globe. There is a revolution taking place around how to visualize big  data, check out this article in the Economist.  To tackle these new big data challenges there has been a rise of the “do it yourself” data scientist role within organizations, even the Harvard Business Review has coined the data scientist as one of the sexiest jobs of 21st century.

I will try to get beyond the rhetoric and share some real-world specifics from Big Data luminaries such as LinkedIn, Netflix and Yahoo.

Note: We will be broadcasting these sessions live, so you can join virtually, and ask the speaker questions. We might even record the sessions. The access link will be posted and tweeted on the day of the event.
