While the SAP Help page may not be updated yet for Mobile BI 5.1 SAP BusinessObjects Mobile for iOS – SAP Help Portal Page - you can access it from your iOS device - go to Settings > Help:

I look up how to disable the sample reports that come with Mobile BI 5.1:
