Error while installing PORTAL DRIVE 5.0 on windows OS 64 bit

Hi,

During the installation of portal drive 5.0 some errors are coming as shown in the screen shots:

So when this error comes need to check following things to resolve the issue:

1) .  Windows OS is 64 bit

2).   JRE version should be 1.6 of 32 bit--(jre-6u41-windows-i586.exe).

3).   Portal drive version 5.0 (EPDrive64SP02_0-10011479)(this can be download from SAP Maketplace).

First remove existing JRE version from system and install JRE 1.6 as mentioned.

After that need to install Portal drive which is compatible with Windows OS-64 bit.

Then take restart of system and check.
