SAP CRM CASE has SAP standard attributes and can have custom attributes also.

Below mentioned steps enable consultants to enable change history for CASE attributes. 

1. Navigate through SAP Customizing Implementation Guide (SPRO) in SAP CRM and identifiy the node shown below:

2. Click on 'Create Attribute Profile' node and you will be navigated to screen shown below.

    There are standard SAP CRM CASE attribute profiles available.

3. Select the attribute profile and Click on 'Assign Attributes' on the left hand navigation.

    This attribute profile (example: CRM_0001 in this scenario) should be linked to your case type customization.

You will be navigated to the screen shown below. You can 'Edit' and add new case attributes.

Save the customizing changes.

Now the attributes which are present in this screen, will be displayed in the change history of the case.
