Both the managing and the leading are very concepts already discussed and understood in our society collaboration.

There is a vast literature on how these concepts should be applied for the common good and the welfare of all.

But now, with the greatest attention to the universal right to mobility and accessibility to the knowledge for all citizens, the definition of a new concept is needed: the caring.

Not taking care of just watching, but the caring should be attentive and generous with people who are under their management and leadership.

And for that to happen, the engagement is essential.

The "caretaker", as well as leadership and management, should be attentive to people and their anxieties, limitations, dreams and perspectives.

People will be of various functions and cultures, with varied considerably projections and identifications, and the "caretaker" will have to learn to deal with it.

The "caretaker" must know how to listen, observe, train and mainly practice generosity to raise people beyond their limits and know how to give space to each other.

We need from managers and leaders, but "caretkers" are also essential in a society collaboration.

Caring, who has the engagement and the generosity as the forces,  it must become a continuous act of every manager and every leader.
