Ethics and integrity should permeate all policy actions
and guidelines that support the government, especially that of information, in
collaborative society. And it should happen at all levels, both public and
private or corporate.
At this point, it is not the concept or meaning is being
discussed but your application and its use as a continuous act and this act in
all actions, as is the act of breathing. We can not respect the universal right
of access and mobility in the collaboration society if both ethics and
integrity are not applied and used.
We can also say that we must apply the ethics with
integrity: it is imperative that a right has as a counterpart a duty, and that,
more than ever, in a global and comprehensive collaboration environment, ethics
and integrity are essential.
People have their own way, their own truths and their own
lives. To them competes the right to freedom of choice and action, but also the
duty to know the limit over another person, for everyone to walk their own
ways, respecting each other.
