Yes I found a solution Josef , i uploaded the file at
I was developing for a SAP 8.8 so I changed a bit the file,
Remembered that when you are creating the ARD file select the path of the Exe generated by the compiler in the "AddOn info"
I hope this help to you.
Cristian, your example helped a lot! The Inno compiler compiled without error. Executing from the B1 is not working yet:
I don't understand your remark: Remembered that when you are creating the ARD file select the path of the Exe generated by the compiler in the "AddOn info"
The AddOn Exe Full Path actually is the something like P:\Programmversion\sample.EXE. But the B1 has to call on c:\Program Files\OurCompanyName\sample.EXE.
Other question: In the ARD generater are two fields, "Uninstaller Command Line Arguments" and "Installer Command Line Arguments"; do I need some parameters for this fields?
I have some difficulties with your iss file. The line
if pos('$$B1ADDONINSTALL$$\$$SBO_', paramstr(1))
returns always zero.
I prepared a small example with helloworld.exe. Could you have a look on the iss and ard?
The example is on http://www.scs-software.ch/download/Instalador.zip
Hello Josef, sorry for the delay,
Maybe when i mark as solve i lost the watch thread and i didnt read your questions,
I just download your example and ill tray it later,
Well when you install the addon this element should be not empty if you are installing from B1,
please remember if this is you second o more example, you need to clean the registry and I recomend to clean %temp% and some files SAP B1 folder, I don remembered right now the name of the files,
Please if you solve your problem let us know how, I still using the same iss file to generate my AddOns, and works like a charm,
when you do select * from SARI (common) you should see all the addons installed by sap, you could use this to get some parameters,
example instalation /z
uninstal /z "uninstall" /x
sorry for the dealy ...
