Hi All,
We are trying to send emails from Web UI. In Marketing manager BP role, we select "Mail forms" and send out the email.
In SCOT tcode, we can see the email stuck in "in transit" state. Also we are not receiving the email. In SOST, the status of the email is "Recipient Is Valid. Delivery Attempted".
To test the SCOT, we sent couple of test emails from SBWP tcode and we received them successfully.
Has anyone faced this issue before.
