"To generate this document first define the numbering series in the administration module".
Hi, we're running B1 2007 and I've added a new Pro license and user to the system. I gave the user the license, went into Autorizations and gave full access to the Production branch. The user can open Bill of Material no problem but gets the above error when trying to open the Production Order item.
Any idea why? I did find a page that suggested I check the Series under General Authorizations but I don't see such a thing. Any idea what I do to fix this error?
Thanks!
Hi.......
Please check the numbering series for Production order as well as Journal Entry as Journal entry also involves at each and every accouting Document.
Please check whether its laste no. is exceeded or still its is in regular series......

I'm not sure what this means. Both documents show Next No. and each Last No. field is blank. I should mention there are 10 other pro users on the system without this problem.
Hi,
check https://websmp130.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=1052551 link
Thanks,

You need an S-user ID and password for the link. However, this problem is only authorization problem on Admin module. Only full for Production Module is not good enough. At least the user needs Numbering Series authorization.
