You can generate individual PR for each operation ,in IMG if collective PR is not marked then system will generate separate PR for each external operation and external material procurement

hi,
I have tried by removing tick in collective PR check box.But i could not able to get 2 PRs. ione PR generated for non stock components but for second operation which needs external service system message is that
"Item category D not allowed for document type ZNB".
can we get it without using any User exit.

hi,
I have a maintenance order contains two operations out of which one operation needs some spares need to be procured using Item category as N.
Second operation should be done by external manpower which needs to be generates service PR.
Will it possible to generate both PRs for this order using standard SAP.

In standard you can create 2 PR if collective requisition is un marked, if you mark the same system creates one PR with 2 line item as external operation and material

IF you want to have only 02 PRs on the whole , one for Non-stock , one for External operation .. then try using BADI : IWO1_PREQ_BADI -- BAdI for Manipulation of P.Reqs from Orders + Networks , In SE18 check method DECISION_COLL_PREQ : Decide on Collective Purch. Req. Item or New Purch. Req.
