Unpack ccmagent

I am trying to configure Standalone Database on DB2 server (z/OS) and I downloaded the ccmagent from the following path:

SAP Support Packages and Patches

Entry by Application Group

SAP NetWeaver

SAP NetWeaver 04

Entry by Component

Application Server ABAP

SAP KERNEL 6.40 32-BIT

z/OS 32bit

Database independent

When I try to unpack the ccmagent an error is generated:

./SAPCAR FSUM7329 <(COMMAND) AND > (COMMAND) not implemented

does anyone know about that?

Did you also download "SAPCAR"?

  The error is generated when I try to unpack with SAPCAR.

    have you tried with -xvf option for sapcar ?

      How did you download it?
      
      You might need to convert it to IBM-1047 from iso8859 also why did you download a 32 bit binary?
      Most Z/OS systems now run 64 bit.
      
      iconv -f code page -t code page file name > new filename
      
      The appserver under USS was removed a few years ago.
      I see you doing this for 640 Kernel?
