The documentation I saw a while back had Ramp Up finishing at the end of July 2012. We're going live with SPM 3.0 at the beginning of July as a Ramp Up customer. As with any ramp up product, there are some issues. For SPM 3.0, there's a number of issues between the front-end web interface and the back-end ABAP calls (e.g. Status screens not updating correctly, processes initiated in the front end terminate but you don't get a message of any kind in the front-end, short dumps when you click certain things). Nothing unmanageable at this point, but feel free to contact me closer to our go-live and I'll be able to tell you more - we're currently compiling a list of known issues with our installation.
