Apologies for posting in the wrong forum
We are planning to perform 2 Upgrades in Parallel ( i.e SCM 4.1 to SCM 7.0 EHP1 and BW 7.0 to BW 7.3)
I checked UDA to see if there are any dependencies and found that there are no dependencies.
Since these 2 Upgrades would run in Parallel iam looking for some inputs as to what are the key things that should
be considered before the Upgrade.Additionally i checked the note 1292071 and had a doubt
Use User DDIC for SM59
During the upgrade, you must use user DDIC for the RFC connection BWCLIENT.
Otherwise, some of the XPRAs from BI will run with errors, because only
user DDIC can connect itself to the system.
Does this mean that BI system has to be up and running during the execution of XPRAS in SCM system upgrade.
