Has the document been linked to the CN41 transaction in the document properties?
Has it been checked in and published on the website?
Has it been indexed yet?
Could you please try the following (should be logged in with admin account and advise of the results:
Administration > Server Administration > Global Settings > Recreate
Once you have clicked this button you may need to wait several minutes,
e.g 10 - 60 minutes and then try again.

If you are using uPerform express, you may need to edit the document, add the new t-code in the transaction field first.
Then publish the document locally --> publish the web locally.
After that try again.
If you are using uPerform server, changing the transaction field for the document and publish the document again should be ok.
