We have standrad reports , Adhoc query for this pls check them
T-code: S_AHR_61016369 in this u have an option "Cost Center Text" tick this option and u will get it
(or) T-Code: S_PH0_48000510 - Ad Hoc Query , here select /SAPQUERY/HR_ADMIN and here u can select Input as Cost Center the output will be the Employees
